Inspired by pre-prohibition neighborhood pub style ales. This golden ale is predominantly a mellow malt with some light hop character. The bright golden color comes from ample use of specialty grains, which also add a rich flavor and toasted malt aroma. Something light and refreshing on a hot summer day, with out sacrificing flavor.
