Originating in Germany, Tettnang is a noble variety that now grows in Oregon and Washington. The US variety has a slightly higher myrcene levels than its counterpart in Germany.

Aroma: Noble aroma that is pleasant and spicy

Alpha Acids %: 4.0 - 5.0

Beta Acids %: 3.0 - 4.5 

Co-Humolone: 20 - 25% of alpha acids

Total Oil: 0.4 - 0.8 mL / 100g
