Baltic Porter
This recipe kit is a historical remnant of the 19th century Baltic trade in imperial stouts, This porter is strong, sweet and malty with strong hints of toasted grain. It may lack the powerful roast of an imperial stout, but it has an intense malt character, and moderate to strong alcohol. Though Baltic Porters are typically lagers, this is the ale version.
