Characteristics/Applications: This new malt from Weyermann® can be used in many Belgian-style beers. Can be used up to 50% of the grain bill. This malt has high degree of modification of both proteins and starches. This malt is highly aromatic and adds a deep-amber to a red-brown color body mouthfeel to finished beer.
