Inspired by Black Butte Porter from Dechutes Brewing in Bend, Oregon.
Our BLACK HILLS PORTER is a rich dark brew with a Roasty chocolate aroma, and citrus hop notes. Complex malt flavors of smooth chocolate with subtle hints of coffee. The character of classic Northwestern citrusy hops balances out nicely leaving a crisp clean finish on the palate that is not too bitter or astringent. This is a solid, easy drinking beer that does not come across as heavy as you might think.
