Our Dad's Pale recipe is our take on the Osker Blue's classic Dale's Pale with nearly all the same specifications. This pale ale is big on malt and bild with hops! The Golden color comes from ample use of specialty grains, which also add a rich caramel and toast malt aroma. Of course you cant be shy with the hops out here in the Pacific Northwest! So we have added a healthy portion of Cascade, Columbus, and Centennial hops late in the boil for a big hop nose without being too bitter.
