Mt. Hood is an American aroma hop bred from the German Hallertauer variety with similar mild flower/spice aroma characteristics with a hint more of the forest. Relative to Ultra, Liberty, and Crystal. Crafted in Oregon in 1983 and named after the famous volcano, it offers clean bittering.
