This Corn Whiskey Mash kit contains all the ingredients needed, except spring water, to make a 5 gallon mash of traditional corn whiskey. Corn, traditionally used in Bourbons and Tennessee Whiskeys, provides a rich, sweet flavor. Robust flavors of vanilla and maple syrup as well as white sugar and cotton candy can be pulled through. Sweetness can be offset through maturing in oak barrels.

  • What comes in the kit: 5 lbs. cracked corn, 5 lbs. sugar, yeast, yeast nutrient, amylase.
  • We've included a packet of sanitizing powder to clean and sterilize all your mashing equipment to insure your mash doesn't become contaminated during the mashing process.

    There was only one thing that I disliked since it's '90s here in rossford Ohio the yeast had died from being in semis and then in the post office semi then they're small trucks can you imagine how hot it is it has to be 100 to 200 degrees maybe not 200 but about a hundred degrees easy and what it does heat will kill the yeast I always keep my yeast in my Root cellar in the basement. I called you guys no problem I have plenty of yeast I have daddy's star I have the champagne yeast I I'm used to make wine I made everything now I make ethanol and it's starting to get to be very expensive. I used to go to Aldi's and get a bag of Frozen sweet corn for a dollar. Guess what people been buying like crazy and now it's off the hook thank you very much
