From our signature 1 Gallon Nano-brew Collection comes our Speakeasy American Cream Ale recipe kit. Inspired by pre-prohibition neighborhood pub style ales, this golden ale is predominantly a mellow malt with some light hop character. The bright golden color comes from ample use of specialty grains which also add a rich flavor and toasted malt aroma. Something light and refreshing on a hot summer day without sacrificing flavor. Finishes and ready to drink in 3-4 weeks.
