From our signature 1 Gallon Nano-brew Collection comes our Dad's Pale Ale recipe kit. A HomeBrewStuff original! This pale ale is big on malt and wild with hops. The golden color comes from ample use of specialty grains, which also add a rich caramel and toast malt aroma. Of course you can't be shy with the hops out here in the Pacific Northwest, so we have added a healthy portion of Cascade, Columbus, and Centennial hops late in the boil for a big hop nose without being too bitter. Finishes and ready to drink in 3-4 weeks.
